Dessert: English Trifle or Victoria Sponge Cake?
Once again, both good choices. That Victoria sponge cake looks mouth watering, knowing how the cake is supposed to be moist yet light along with the jam and whipped cream. Trifles are another well known dessert-with its layers of jam, custard, cake, fruit, and whipped cream. This is too close to call. Anyone up for a late night/drunk snack?
