One positive aspect of being in quarantine is getting back into the kitchen and really cooking from scratch, since we have more time now. Bread seems to be a popular choice because who doesn’t love warm bread fresh from the oven and with a little butter and maybe some jam or cinnamon sugar? I’m down. But even so, there’s only so much bread we can and should eat. Let’s see if an English diet can be a new option.
