Slide Into Your Gate At This Singapore Airport

The best way to travel is always by slide!

Often, we see innovative things that make travelling more bearable. This airport in Singapore definitely has the right idea.

Yusuf El Askary, a 28-year-old pharmacist shot a video of himself taking a slide to his flight gate. After scanning his ticket, the gates to the slide opened. He sits down and before you know it, he’s at his gate without having to use stairs or a lift!

The slide shown in the video isn’t Changi airports’ only slide, there are more that you have to spend money in the airport to use. However, travelling with kids can be tiring and I think this would be really great for them.

Furthermore, the red Chandelier sits at the bottom of the slide. It is basically a mini playground with climbing nets and poles, perfect for kids to amuse themselves on before getting on a long-haul flight.

Yusuf himself said about the experience:

“I had never seen anything like it at an airport, I couldn’t believe it was true until I actually tried it!

The best thing I have ever seen an airport is a flat escalator so you can just stand and get to your gate. This tops that by far!
