The video takes places in Cabo San Lucas’ Wedge in Mexico, an area notorious for it’s dangerously huge waves.
If you didn’t know, skimbaording involves using a skimboard (obviously) to cruise across the water’s surface to meet incoming waves, and then ride said wave into shore, with some epic spins and jumps thrown in. So like surfing, right? No. Skimboards are significantly smaller than surfboards, and unlike surfing, skimboarding actually starts on the beach, rather than in the ocean.
A couple of weeks ago, Tenney posted the video to his Youtube channel, which has close to 4 million subscribers. In his own words, it is essentially his ‘entire skimboarding career summed up in one video’.
Even if skimboarding isn’t your thing, I’d reccommend you give the video a watch just for the breathtaking San Lucas coastline.

Impressive stuff isn’t it? It looks like he’s having a blast, I can;t say I’m not a little jealous.
