Obligatory warning: hard-core food porn below. It’s common knowledge that Italian cuisine is the bomb: delicious, aromatic, soul-warming. Pizza? Who the hell doesn’t love it? Pasta? So simple, yet so elegant; even I feel like a chef when I make goat’s cheese and pine nut tagliatelle. Today, however, we’re looking at meat, specifically the country’s best porchetta, made by Vitaliano Bernabei from Marino, not too far from Rome.
Proof, if it was needed, that cooking is an art. Apart from leaving everyone utterly ravenous, perhaps this video will become the go-to online rebuttal to militant vegans (just the militant ones, of course). That would be nice.
