Jagermeister Manifest: 80 Years In The Making

JAGERBOBOMBS!!!

Pretty much everyone in the UK only ever use Jager for Jagerbombs before a night out with the mates. Years ago the Spirit was made to be a herbal, classy liquor to be enjoyed as an aperitif or digestif. Now its just intended to get as messed up as possible with your mates.

After all this it is understandable why the company would want to introduce this, Jagermeister Manifest, the first premium version of the spirit in ,around, 80 years. Courtesy of Thrillist, this is the official synopsis:

“The new version is specially crafted by adding even more botanicals to the classic recipe, which already features a blend of 56 natural ingredients that give the dark brown booze its spicy flavor.

However, rather than evoke the same intensity of the original, the addition of new herbs, blossoms, roots, and fruits hits a bit softer thanks to a longer maturation process of 12-plus months in small and large oak casks.

Much like other premium herbal liqueurs, Manifest is meant to be served neat, and enjoyed as an aperitif or digestif.”

With the time involved it to age this to perfection. This might be why, I believe, Jagermeister Manifest may only be available in a limited capacity. The Spirit is looking to be pretty hard on the wallet too as it will retail from £40 to £60 for a bottle at retail.
