Netflix officially released the full trailer of That ’90s Show. It is the highly anticipated spinoff sequel to the fan-favorite sitcom That ’70s Show. This updated take on the original show will be out in January 2023.
In this new sitcom, Eric and Donna’s daughter Leia goes to visit her grandparents, Red and Kitty Forman, in Point Place, Wisconsin during the summer of 1995. She resides in her father’s childhood home throughout the summer and discovers her own gang to come of age within that iconic basement.
Netflix has already announced that That ’90s Show has had its fans excited to see the old gang from the beloved classic. Fans also got to see the first glimpses of Eric, Donna, Jackie, Kelso, and Fez as adults in the ’90s in its trailer.
That ’90s Show trailer brings back That ’70s Show cast
Similar to Netflix’s revivals of Arrested Development and Full House, the trailer for That ’90s Show also shows us the fan service at its best. There are a lot of cameo appearances from the characters that we know and adore. For example, Donna’s wacky father Bob, and Tommy Chong in the role of Leo.
Kurtwood Smith and Debra Jo Rupp are playing Red and Kitty and they are better than ever. However, the original cast of teens who are now all grown-ups will have a lot of fans returning for this spinoff.
