Pop Punk Legends Are Bringing Happiness To The UK.

The start of the year can be very gloomy and miserable with the terrible weather and the aftermath of Christmas. But if you are a fan of Bowling for soup then you’re in luck.

The boys are back in the UK from February, and they are on a mission to put smiles on everybody’s faces. The pop-punk veterans are best known for their catchy bittersweet songs and witty toilet-based humor that brightens up the darkest of venues.

Bowling for Soup has been rocking the UK for many years now. But as similar bands within their genre have seemed to fade away, there seems to be no stopping this Texan foursome. The reason they continue is that they really love what they do. They are so down-to-earth and kind, there’s no surprise they have such a huge following of fans that are so passionate about them. This can be seen daily on their Facebook & Twitter fan page, originally created by Fiona Freeman.

The tour will be celebrating the return of the Get Happy tour which Bowling for Soup first put together in 2006 with their touring buddies – Army of Freshmen. In fact, this tour will also have an Army of Freshmen on board where they will be opening each night and will be celebrating themselves as a band, as it’s their 20th Anniversary.

But that’s not all. As it’s also the 15th Anniversary of Bowling for Soup’s much-loved album ‘Drunk Enough to Dance,’ they will be performing it in full, along with all the hits from their back catalogue. Expect the likes of ‘1985’ & ‘Almost’ mixed with ‘Cold Shower Tuesdays’ and ‘Girl all the bad guys want.’

To make this event even more exciting they are bringing along another band called ‘The Aquabats’ who are a ska punk band who perform dressed as superheroes. This is a party you don’t want to miss!!
