Nintendo keeps getting smaller and smaller…with their consoles that is. The company recently released its NES Classic Mini, but it’s gearing up for yet another product release. Launching September 30th is the SNES Classic Mini, which contains even more perks than its predecessor.

The soon-coming Nintendo Classic Mini: Super Nintendo Edition is set to be a huge hit amongst gamers. After a two-month wait, the console finally became available for pre-order a few days ago. Many larger middleman companies sold out of their stock within minutes. Target, Amazon, Walmart, Best Buy, and even Game Stop have already been completely swept clean of the product.

Let’s hope that Nintendo continues to quickly manufacture the console. Looks like everyone wants this one and for good reasons too. The SNES Classic Mini comes pre-loaded with 20 of your favorite throwback games. And it even comes with a bonus and never-before-seen sequel game: Star Fox 2! The console and its games have dozens of improved features (like a reverse function!) as well as high-quality imaging.

This is definitely a must-get item. And if you don’t get it in September, put it on your Christmas list ASAP! Check out the video below to see a sneak peek of the console.

Retro and small seem to be all the rage! Check out yet another mini-version of a Nintendo favorite right here.
