Ride Malfunctions As Horror Strikes Ohio State Fair (Viewer Discretion Advised)

Ohio recovers after a ride malfunction leaves visitors concerned about the event’s safety.

According to 10 TV News, “the owner of the ride that malfunctioned Wednesday at the Ohio State Fair, says a mechanical failure was likely the cause of the accident”.

The ride passed 4 inspections by 4 different inspectors, according to a news report posted to YouTube, just hours before killing 18-year old Tyler Jarrell and leaving seven others injured.

Jarrell was laid to rest June 1st. Several bands dedicated their show at the Ohio State Fair to hope and healing following the tragic accident.
