Russian Politicians Deter Russian Women From Having Sex With Foreigners During World Cup

Pack your protection and leave your diseases at home.

Especially when you are traveling the world, living that single life, you want to experience all of the world’s flavors before you finally pick one and settle down.

Unfortunately, if you were planning to travel to Russia for the World Cup because you wanted to mix and mingle with the locals, you better get your fix in before you leave home. The Russian politicians don’t want their women having sex with non-Russians.

Tamara Pletnyova, one of the senior lawmakers in Russia, went on Govorit Moskva radio to do an interview, and here’s what she said:

“We should give birth to our own children. I’m not a nationalist, but nonetheless, I know that the children suffer as well, and then they are abandoned and stay here with their mother.”

Now, I suppose this comment wouldn’t be so bad. Maybe she just wants the children to have both parents in their lives, instead of separated across oceans. But she then suggests that the father should be “of the same race” as the mother and that “if it’s another race, then it’s even worse.”

“I would like people to get married based on love in our country, regardless of which ethnicity, [to] Russian citizens who would build a good family, live in harmony, have children, and raise them.”

In other words, don’t make a baby with a Russian if you don’t plan on moving there. But Pleynova is not the only lawmaker to comment on the issue of foreign inter-minglings.

Alexander Sherin, another Russian lawmaker, cautioned locals to be careful in their interactions with foreigners because they “might bring viruses and diseases”.

Good luck trying to avoid the thousands and thousands of soccer fans that visit your country. You might as well not even host the Cup if you feel that way.
