On Tuesday morning, during a live launch of its New Shepard rocket, Blue Origin, gave a tour of its crew capsule which could carry you, yes you, to space!

This was Blue Origin’s first-ever video tour of the interior of its crew capsule. According to Blue Origin’s director of orbital and astronaut sales, the in-house design seats are based on a helicopter model.

The seats recline and feature a special scissor mechanism to remove any downward force when landing, ensuring a comfortable journey. Over a third of the capsule consists of windows- the largest ever to fly in space! Moreover, cameras have been fitted throughout so that the memories made in space last a lifetime.

When certified for human flight, it will carry up to six space tourists at a time on short suborbital space trips high above Earth. Since the capsule features six windows this means everyone gets a window seat!

According to the Daily Mail, the capsule is designed to take its passengers 340,000 feet above the Earth’s surface, allowing them to float in zero gravity for 10 minutes.
