Which part of the Bible says it’s okay to do drugs?

I must have missed the part of the Bible where the big man upstairs tells us it’s okay to do drugs, but clearly this man didn’t.

In Cebu City, Philippines – 24-year-old Mark Anthony Jakosalem was arrested for possession of alleged illegal drugs on Easter Sunday, 21 April 2019.

This alone wouldn’t be too unusual. However, this particular man enjoyed playing the role of Jesus on stage plays during Easter Sunday. He did so for six years straight (from 2011 to 2017). Talk about dedication to a role!

Personnel from the Drug Enforcement Unit of of the Abellana Police Station (Station 2) arrested Jakosalem on about 11pm on Sunday. He was caught with 1,200 Philippine Peso worth of drugs, which amounts to about 18 quid worth.

Jakosalem is currently detained at Station 2. He definitely has a lot to think about, especially considering Filipino President Duterte’s vow to ‘slaughter’ anyone involved in illegal use. The man should have just stuck with acting as Jesus, really.

Police Major Eduard Sanchez, head of the operation, asserted that despite the small quantity Jakosalem was well known for selling drugs in his village and was capable of selling up to 15 sachets of illegal drugs a day.
