Shocking footage of Charleston murderer laughing has been released.

White supremacist Dylan Roof laughs repeatedly in a recorded session with the FBI. He is facing the death penalty for opening fire in a church last year, which killed nine people.

Roof was reluctant to admit to his crimes at first, then laughed after eventually confessing.

The footage below is completely shocking.

The footage is circulating as his trial is up and coming. The death penalty awaits, but his lawyers somehow feel this is too harsh.

Disgraceful. His crime was bad enough, and laughing repeatedly just makes it even more upsetting.
