‘Revenge is certain’.

That is the text superimposed on an image written in Farsi. The image in question is an aerial shot that was tweeted by an Iranian news-organization of Donald Trump playing golf. In addition, Supreme Leader Ali Khamenei has upload the image to his homepage.

‘REVENGE IS DEFINITE: Soleimani’s murderers and those who ordered his murder must face revenge,

‘Although as a dear friend said, Soleimani’s shoe is more valuable than his murderer’s head. But they committed a crime and must face revenge. Both the murderers and those who ordered it should know that revenge may come at any time.’

It is insinuated that Iran plans to essentially bomb and potentially kill Donald Trump, much in the way that Iranian Major General Qasem Soleiman was last year.

While Twitter has since taken down the post, Khamenei still manages other accounts. An independent Iranian outlet with ties to the Iranian Revolutionary Guard Corps, Tasnim News Agency, has also removed their tweet of the image.

The quote comes from a speech Khamenei gave before the anniversary of the assassination of the U.S. Soleimani.

Although tension between officials have decreased, this message is proof that the shadow of the former President has not disappeared.

Check out how Trump distastefully jokes about having his face on Mount Rushmore.
