Move over cheesecake; pavlova grazing plates are the new dessert trend sweeping the internet this Christmas.
You’ve more than likely had pavlova before- a staple dessert option for Christmas day, weddings, and any other kind of gathering that involves food. But I bet you’ve never seen a pavlova grazing plate. Well, an Australian bakery, Swish Biscuits, has come up with this ingenious idea, and it looks absolutely delicious.
Shalini Nestor, the owner of Swish Biscuits, writing on social media said:
“An early family Christmas and I was in charge of dessert so I thought some DIY pavs would go down a treat in the form of a grazing board ?The sauces are passionfruit, Nutella, lemon curd, homemade raspberry sauce and salted caramel. Lots of fruit, fresh mint, chocolates and coconut! I wish I could actually offer this in my little biz but I can’t because of the cream but it is very simple to put together and looks so gorgeous!”
