Did she do it? Did she not do it? For the past few weeks the only things we have been hearing are CDC’s most recent damage report and whether or not Carole Baskin killed her husband.
Rob Lowe has been reportedly talking to Ryan Murphy, the creator of American Horror Story about a possible adaptation of the recent trending TV series, Tiger King.
It is not surprising seeing successful TV shows, movies, and other TV titles being followed by hopeful sequels, which do not always turn up so successful.
Rob Lowe dropped three photos from a recent photoshoot last week on Sunday. Who knew world needed a Joe Exotic, let alone two of them? Lowe freakishly resembles Joe Exotic. Except he’s holding a dog instead of a tiger.
The caption read: “Ryan Murphy and I will be developing our version of this insane story. Stay Tuned.”
Yes, Tiger King has been trending on Netflix for the past few weeks. However, I can’t help but wonder how much longer this is this going to last. I do not mean to sound biased (due to my unhealthy obsession of The Office) but based on statistics and numbers, unless the show in question is The Office, it can’t hold the attention of the fans for too long.
Now if this adaptation is created, IF, it will take probably over a year and half for it to be presented to the audience. So, the question remains, will the Tiger King fans be willing to invest their time, energy, and their money on this adaptation a year and half later?
If this were a reunion of The Office or F.R.I.E.N.D.S, yes, we could see it happening even 20 years later, and the fans would welcome it with open arms. But an adaptation of an animal documentary, a year and half later seems to ask the audience for way too much.
