Netflix released the second season of The Witcher more than a year ago. The first-ever live-action spinoff of The Witcher: Blood Origin is now here. It has been Set 1,200 years before the events of the mothership show. The Witcher: Blood Origin is based on an uprising before the Conjunction of the Spheres, a celestial event that strands humans and monsters on the Continent alongside elves, dwarves, and halflings.

The Witcher: Blood Origin is a mess of a show which very much appears to value fun over coherence or meaning. This thing is best relished with as many friends and strong drinks as possible.

So we have created a drinking game.

Game: Rules

Take a sip every time:

Somebody says “story” or any variation of it (stories, storyteller, etc)
SeanchaÍ (Minnie Driver) narrates
Somebody says “Lark”
Somebody says “Xin’trea”
Anyone sings or hums
There’s a kiss
A fight scene begins

These rules alone should be enough to start enjoying Blood Origin. However, if you have developed a resistance, then here are some advanced rules-
These rules can be considered the “hard mode” of this drinking game and must be followed with caution.

Take a drink when:-

somebody says “Continent”
When Ithlinne has a vision.
a monster appears.
Fjall finds phallic graffiti on his wanted poster.
Fjall gets dream-vomited on (you’ll know it when it happens)
For the Trial of the Grasses
Eredin dons his helmet

The game just recommends you to just take a sip in each of these instances, although ultimately the volume is up to the viewer.
