Cillian Murphy Announces That There Are More Peaky Blinders Series To Come

Peaky Blinders isn’t over yet!

Thankfully, the rumors that Peaky Blinders will soon be coming to an end have been shot down. Cillian Murphy has confirmed that he believes that the popular Peaky Blinders has more to come.

Cillian Murphy said in an interview with Film School Rejects:

“I think it will find it’s natural conclusion, and I think we’ve been very, very lucky that the show has, in my opinion, gotten better incrementally, which is very unusual. I feel like we’ve improved each year. You’d be a fool to walk away from writing this good.

The other thing about it is that I only work for four months a year on this show, and then I have a year off, so I can go and do other things. So it’s kind of a dream gig because you can get to play other characters and explore other ideas and other concepts in between times. I trust in Steve Knight that creatively he will know when to bring it to its natural conclusion.”

No one can disagree with the fact that Peaky Blinders has only got better. He is right; it’s not very often that you can say that every season has been a success, with no exceptions. Although, I would agree with anything that Cillian Murphy said anyway!

Let’s hope that he is right and that we have more exciting seasons to come! Hopefully, the show will continue to amaze us and not disappoint before the end. Its hard to predict how Steven Knight will bring Peaky Blinders to a close, but I’m sure it will be extremely unexpected.
