WATCH: Buddhist Monk Kossan Jam Along to ‘Enter the Sandman’ by Metallica

Meditation but make it metal.

Kossan, a Japanese Buddhist Monk, shreds with some percussion and vocals to Metallica before transitioning into meditation.

Music is a form of meditation in the way it is a designated space to be mindful and receptive. So it is a double happy moment that Kossan can meld music and meditation to give us all that much-needed boost of serotonin in this winter deficit.

Maybe watching some of Kossan’s covers can be your form of mindfulness to recenter yourself after a long day and be sure to leave a comment with a friendly message as Kossan often responds to appreciators of his work!

Keep thrashing Kossan! If you want to continue watching some proper nice videos then click here for some chicken nugget yoga.
