Ultra funnyman Jimmy Carr has a new Netflix special, His Dark Materials, landing on Christmas. And in a new clip circulating the internet, Carr proves he will be the one Christmas gift that keeps on giving.

If you are new to Jimmy Carr, we suggest you try to catch up quickly. His dry, quick humor is on par with people like Ricky Gervais or Bill Burr, but there is something a little extra that we just can’t get enough of when it comes to Carr.

His Dark Materials will mark Carr’s third stand-up special on Netflix. The Fix, which is Carr’s round-table show discussing subjects from Social Media to Global Warming and the Gender Pay Gap, has been available since 2018. Admittedly, The Fix was the first time this writer had ever heard about Jimmy Carr and she may have been consuming his humor like water since then.

When asked a few years ago, Carr claimed that the joke that will ruin his career has already been said, shared, and lives out there for anyone to consume. He explained “If you think I’m funny, you’re right. If you think I’m not funny, you’re right.” Comedy and how one enjoys it, consumes it, and loves it is a unique experience to every person in the world. In his down-to-earth manner, he accepts this and seems willing to push the envelope until it bursts… just so long as you are having fun, Carr is having fun right along with you!

To see just what Carr had to say to the anti-vaxxer in the room, watch the video below. And don’t forget to share your favorite Jimmy Carr heckles in the comments!
