Carole Baskin Being Investigated for Missing Husband, Again

Did Carole kill Don?

The mega-success that is Tiger King on Netflix is hard to ignore. What is even harder to ignore is the seemingly mounting evidence that Carole Baskin really might have killed her second husband, Jack “Don” Lewis. This has even led to the Hillsborough County sheriff, Chad Chronister, to reopen the missing persons case!

Honestly, this doesn’t surprise a large portion of people that have watched the show. This is despite the fact that Carole Baskin has posted a VERY long post on her Big Cat Rescue blog in response to Tiger King‘s popularity. But those of us that have watched this show more than we care to admit (hello, COVID Quarantine Life) can’t help but think about her comments below in episode 5 (26:40):

I mean, come on Carole! That is some very specific advice on how to get a Liger to eat you. In the series, Carole defends herself by explaining that Don liked to fly planes and go to Costa Rica a lot. She also mentions his failing mental health as another reason why he could be missing. Despite her even mannered denials, a large portion of the internet seems very suspicious of Carole.

Whatever has happened to good ole Donny boy, at least we all have Carole Baskin and her weird feud with Joe Exotic. All hail the Tiger King!

What do YOU think actually happened? Let us know in the comments and as always: stay at home and wash your freaking hands.
