Day Shift is an action-comedy vampire horror film currently streaming on Netflix. People are already excited to explore what looks like a super exciting summer movie, and the ones who have already watched the film wonder if Day Shift 2 is in progress.
Provided the cast features famous celebs like Jamie Foxx and Snoop Dogg, it wouldn’t be that big of a surprise if Netflix decides to expand the Day Shift universe. However, not much information has been released regarding the plans for this film.

However, the chances of there being a Day Shift 2 are favorable. The movie involves surprisingly profound lore surrounding its vampires, and the end of this film is perfectly set for a follow-up.
It would also be exciting to see a spin-off or prequel, and it might include popular characters like Snoop Dogg and Big John Elliott. Although the main storyline ends by the movie’s ending, there is still room left for a continuation if the film performs well for Netflix.
If a sequel takes place, it could follow Bud, Seth, and Heather as they team up once again to fight against some vampires. As Big John is indicated to be alive at the end of this movie, it would be exciting to see him return, as well.
