Grease is one of the most iconic and beloved musicals that have hit the silver screen and stars include in that are John Travolta, Olivia Newton-John, Stockard Channing, Didi Conn, and Jeff Conaway. Its soundtrack is filled with some of the greatest tracks that have left generations singing along for decades. The film was a hit Broadway production, and it inspired a sequel as well. It has some of the most recognizable characters belonging to the world of cinema.

This film was released roughly five decades ago. However, it still continues to hold a special place in the hearts of moviegoers. The new generations are being introduced to the film through the lasting legacy.

Netflix owns the rights to numerous iconic movies, but currently, Grease is not one of those. It is still unclear when the film could become available to stream on Netflix again. Although the movie was once available to stream, it was removed from Netflix in 2020. It has not been renewed since then.

Therefore, for now, Grease cannot be streamed on Netflix. But not to worry. The film is currently streaming on a lot of other streaming platforms. As of August 2022, fans having a subscription can watch this movie on Hulu and Amazon Prime. Grease is also available on Paramount+. The spinoff series-Grease: Rise Of The Pink Ladies will soon be available on Paramount+.
