‘Rush Hour 4’ To Be A Hit With Jackie Chan And Chris Tucker

“The Rush Of All Rushes”

New Line Cinema/Warner Bros. Pictures

No one can argue- Rush Hour was a hit comedy action movie of the 90s. Now everyone relax, for now, that another installment in the series is going to be made. The choice was all up to Chris Tucker if he wanted to work with Jackie Chan on another one. This is what Chan said:

For the last seven years, we’ve been turn[ing] down, turn[ing] down the script, but yesterday, we agreed.

The script, probably at the end of this month, will have a second draft and next year, [we’ll] probably start.

If… Chris Tucker agrees.

Fans waited with bated breath to see whether or not this amazing movie would be put into action. Finally, Tucker was cited as stating: “It’s happening. This is gonna be the rush of all rushes. Jackie is ready and we want to do this so that people don’t ever forget it.”

The 46-year-old Tucker and 63-year-old Chan are going to be hauling major asses to get this movie where it needs to be. Not hard for Chan, since last year he starred in an action flick The Foreigner, where he did all his own stunts. The Foreigner has the tagline “Never Push a Good Man Too Far” you wonder how far he is willing to take on any role!  I am proud of the two actors coming together to bring us another witty comedy. Can’t wait to see this soon-to-be classic.

if you have any doubts of Jackie Chan’s stunt work, look no further: he was jumping off buildings before it was cool.
