Narcos: Mexico Season 2 Trailer Drops

Get ready to return to the world of cartels.

Netflix has finally released the trailer for the much-anticipated second series of Narcos: Mexico.

The show, a sister series to the popular show Narcos, actually intended as the fourth series of the acclaimed show. It was later given its own separate show. The first season premiered on Netflix in November 2018

Narcos: Mexico is set in the 1980s, following the origins of the modern drug war seen in Narcos. In the first season, we follow Félix Gallardo (played by Diego Luna) as he tries to build an empire out of the Guardalajara Cartel.

Netflix spoke of the second series, suggesting audiences will see Gallardo struggling to keep control of the cartel as he tries to grow its power.

Along with the trailer, Netflix also confirmed the next season of Narcos: Mexico will drop on the 13th of February, so not too much longer to wait!
