Childish Gambino Announces Long Awaited Northern America Tour

Finally!

Fans have waited patiently and the time has finally come, Childish Gambino is touring his album ‘Awaken My Love!’.

The third album from the rapper (real name Donald Glover) came out in December 2016 and fans have been waiting for the news of a tour for some time.

Gambino is hitting all the major North American cities in September time including Chicago, New York, Atlanta, and Los Angles. He’s being accompanied by Rae Sremmurd best known for his song ‘Black Beatles’, you know the one that all the mannequin challenges were done to.

It might be the beginning of the end of Gambino’s music career as he gets more and more involved in the film industry.

He’s featured in a number of films recently including ‘The Martian’ and ‘Spider-Man Homecoming’ and we can’t wait to see how he fairs as Lando Calrissian in the upcoming Star Wars film ‘Solo’.

So this is one clue to that he might be rearing off in that direction but as well as this as he left the stage during The Governors Music Ball Festival last June saying that his next album would be his last. He also recently added fire to this notion saying:

” I like endings. They’re important to progress. I think that if things had death clauses in them, we wouldn’t have a lot of problems in the world, to be honest. Endings are good because they force things to get better.”

So if you’re a fan of the rapper’s music I suggest you write the date 6th March in your diary as that’s when pre-sale tickets are available.

Better be quick as tickets are sure to be in demand!

See why the rapper is retiring ‘Childish Gambino’ here!
