Leaked FIFA 18 Footage Reveals Possible Return Of FIFA Street

Big football news.

It’s getting to be that time of year again. EA Canada is getting ready to release the latest installment in the FIFA game series, FIFA 18, and it might contain a throwback to a 2012 fan-favorite.

If you’re anything like me (and by that I mean: if the only thing you know less about than professional sports is video games) then you might be wondering what’s the significance of this year’s FIFA game.
The game will pick up where the narrative from FIFA 17 left off, under the title “The Journey: Hunter Returns.”

FIFA 18 is expected to have some new locations, including more football stadiums and generic fields, but what really has people talking is the possible return of FIFA Street, an installment of FIFA based on street football. The locations are based on European streets/small courtyards where spontaneous games would erupt.

The leaked footage, which can be seen here, features a quick clip of a fan enthusiastically testing out the game and screaming (just for the record, I’m pretty sure it’s celebratory screaming, but I can’t be positive).

The game is set to be released on September 29th, and the fans are now more restless than ever.

Here’s why you don’t mess around with European soccer fans (or any soccer fans, for that matter).
