So how does one find himself as an artist drawing on foam canvases of cappuccinos and such?
Ready for this one? Lee had not taken any formal drawing classes. He is a previously conscripted military soldier who took an interest in brewing coffee while in service. He made a make shift cafe for the other soldiers with a coffee machine he bought on his own. Since then, he has opened up his own shop called Cafe C. Through.
In an interview with Reuters, he said:
“One time I drew ‘The Starry Night’ and it looked so special as the famous painting placed on top of coffee. After that, lots of people ordered that coffee […] Customers usually ask me to draw their favorite art works.”
