Amazon have decided to change the design of their logo icon after customers compared the new design to Adolf Hitler, the leader of the Nazi Party.

Amazon had recently changed their app logo slightly so that it now included a strip of blue tape above the beloved Amazon smile. It reminded some viewers of Hitler’s moustache, and Amazon have since changed the design based on customer feedback. Now, the blue tape is folded and has smooth edges, ensuring that the logo no-longer resembles Hitler’s moustache.

However, many are still unhappy that this design was approved to begin with and have taken to Twitter to vent their frustration at the app’s design.

Since the redesign of the app’s logo, customers have made another connection between the app and a famous person – Aang from Avatar: The Last Airbender!
