A traveller on a Ukraine International Airlines flight from Turkey to Kiev has been blacklisted from flying after strolling onto the plane’s wing after landing due to being “too hot.”

The woman opened the door and walked onto the wing to reportedly “get some air” after feeling warm inside the plane. The bizarre behaviour is caught on camera by a fellow traveller, most of which had exited the aircraft by this time.

The woman’s children outside of the plane were said to have pointed at her and exclaimed “that’s our mum!” local media has claimed.

To open the emergency exit door and walk onto the wing is an offence and in a statement made by Ukraine International Airlines (UIA), the chief pilot reportedly “summoned the aviation security, border service, police and medical centre of Boryspil Airport.”

The woman tested negative for any drugs and alcohol in her bloodstream and is likely to have been hit with a high financial penalty for her behaviour, which was a “gross violation of aviation safety rules and behaviour” according to UIA and has led to her being blacklisted entirely.
