2020 is fast approaching, and in preparation we have compiled the best of what Netflix is offering to bring in the new year.

They have new series of fan favourites such as Sex Education and Grace & Frankie on the way within the first few weeks of the year.

Hopefully we’ll learn what Adam has been up to at military camp in Sex Education, and it is possible that the long anticipated Dolly Parton cameo could finally be on the cards for Grace & Frankie, as well as loads more fun with the women!

If you need to catch up with any of the shows before the new series come out, all of the existing episodes are available on Netflix.

We can also expect a one time final instalment of the hit animation BoJack Horseman that is coming to an end after six years of success.

On top of the shows we all love, they also have plenty of new binge worthy series and epic new films on the way. One of the most highly anticipated is the Netflix Original Dracula series that takes inspiration from the classic novel by Bram Stoker.

There is also an original movie called Ghost Stories that we can’t wait for. It is an Indian horror film consisting of a number of thrilling short segments or stories.

But, amongst all these exciting new additions to Netflix, it is important to take a moment to remember the shows that will be leaving the streaming service for good.

The most notable of these is Friends. The hit show will be gone in the new year, and will be completely unavailable to stream for five months, until it premieres on the HBO Max app.

For this period the only way to watch the show will be through renting or buying the individual series. So, if like us, your lazy days are spent watching reruns of the show, you might need to find a new fave for a while!

Either way, expect a lot of changes to the streaming service in 2020. Check out another of the newest must see shows from Netflix here….
