The first episode of Breaking Bad aired January 20th, 2008. Now, almost 12 years later, the first ever Breaking Bad movie has been scheduled to be released— El Camino. The movie is told to be centered around Jesse Pinkman, Walt’s once companion.

Aaron Paul posted a short clip on twitter from season 3 of the series teasing fans of what can be expected in the film.

Jesse has always been somewhat of a long ranger, all on his own. Could this be foreshadowing into the life of Pinkman we’ve never seen? Walt and Jesse’s relationship has always been complicated and explosive, whether this can be captured in one two hour film is up to the cast and directors.

Either way, we look forward to the unveiling of a movie almost 12 years in the making. The Netflix original drops October 11th, 2019, so mark your calendars! See the official trailer below.
