The “This is American” singer, Donald Glover’s series Atlanta has just been renewed for a fourth season, despite the third season not yet being released.
Atlanta is an American comedy-drama television series. The show portrays two cousins navigating the Atlanta rap scene in an effort to improve their lives and the lives of their families.
Its a critically acclaimed show that has won prestigious awards including a few Emmys.
“This group of collaborators and cast have created one of the most original, innovative stories of this generation and we are proud to be their partners” said Eric Schrier, president of FX Entertainment.
Currently in production, Season 3 of Atlanta is expected somewhere between late 2019 and early 2020. Production of Season Four will run concurrently with the previously announced Season Three.
