Think about a place so dead, so creepy, and so poisonous that you think it’s out of a post-apocalyptic novel or film. Well, that type of place exists and it’s called Chernobyl. The land is so dead that you can’t even touch the puppies that roam the area!
HBO just released a trailer for the six-part miniseries starring Jared Harris, Emily Watson, and Stellan Skarsgård. Skarsgård will play the part as the deputy prime minister, who tries to keep the horrors of the nuclear power plant under wraps. With government corruption going on, nuclear physicists Harris and Watson are trying to make sense of the disaster. Chernobyl is set to release on May 6.
