Sacha Baron Cohen Grills O.J. Simpson On Ex-Wife’s Death

Get ready to cringe.

Sacha Baron Cohen sits down with O.J Simpson. It goes exactly how you would expect.

Who Is America? is a political satire coming from the twisted mind of Sacha Baron Cohen. The series follows Cohen as he travels America, disguised in various ways and stealthily interviewing celebrities and politicians.

So far, he’s managed to unveil a lot of shockingly horrific sides to politicians, such as Georgia state lawmaker Jason Spencer. Let’s just say, there were a few racial slurs and pants being dropped. Yeah, it’s that kind of show.

With that in mind, it’s no surprise that Cohen turned his attentions to O.J. Simpson and his infamous trial.

Simpson, a former football star, was suspected of murdering his wife, Nicole Brown Simpson, who was found nearly decapitated all the way back in 1994. Suspicions quickly turned to Simpson but he was found not guilty. To this day, people still wonder what the hell happened, and if O.J. is genuinely innocent or had merely gotten away with it.

Of course, Sacha Baron Cohen has to jump on the opportunity to make things extremely awkward.

His latest disguise is as rich, eccentric Italian photographer Gio Monaldo. Garbed in a white suit to match his hair, Cohen is apparently convincing enough to pass as someone else.

He proceeds to press Simpson about the death of his wife. Simpson, uh, reacts better than you might think? Well, at least, he didn’t kill him.

If toe-curling humour just isn’t your thing, perhaps Nicolas Cage insanity is more your flavour?
