The Jonas Brothers are currently taking over a variety of different venues around the United States, performing music that they have created over the last 20 years. But what makes this tour so special compared to the rest? Although their last tour a few years back highlighted all the different music that the trio has created, this one is extraordinary. From new music releases to surprising special guests, the Jonas Brothers have outshone themselves once again.
This 5-month (so far) tour came just after the release of the brothers’ seventh album, Greetings From Your Hometown. The songs on this specific album represent the journey from the last 20 years as a band, whilst also being brothers with their own families too. All 14 tracks are jam-packed with different emotions alongside features from well-known musicians such as Switchfoot and Dean Lewis. So, there is a song for everyone on this album!

The Special Guests
On the opening night of the tour (10th August) in East Rutherford, New Jersey, the brothers really outdid themselves by inviting Demi Lovato. She performed a medley with Joe Jonas of hit songs Gotta Find You and This is Me from Disney’s Camp Rock. They then also performed their duet of Wouldn’t Change a Thing from the second movie. This was the first time in 15 years that the duo performed these songs together, making this an extra special moment for fans to witness, especially those who grew up watching the Camp Rock franchise.
During their first Canadian date at the Rogers Center, Kevin Jonas was the one to invite Alessia Cara to perform her song Scars to Your Beautiful. This was because Kevin saw how empowering this song made his two daughters feel and knew he had to dedicate this to them. Plus, young girls in the audience feel like they are seen and heard.
“As a father growing to growing young women, when there is music in this world that does not tear you down, that makes you feel special, that makes you feel beautiful, shows you who you can be, I will always be here for that moment. The minute my daughter heard this song for the first time she goes ‘I love this,’ and in my heart I knew she felt heard and seen and beautiful. To this next artist, thank you for your work, your love and we are so honoured to have you on stage tonight.” – Kevin Jonas
Country singer from Tennessee, Russell Dickerson, performed one of his recent releases called Happen to Me on the 28th of August at the Little Caesars Arena in Detroit. The vibes were so incredible and great fun during this performance.
The three brothers then hopped onto the track, releasing their featured version on the 31st of October. You can stream the featured version here:
On the 31st August, the brothers outdid themselves once more. At the Dos Equis Pavilion in Dallas, Fifth Harmony reunited for the first time in 7 years. The girl group performed two of their biggest hits Worth It and Work From Home. This reunion almost broke the internet, with people in shock at the JoBros incredible contacts list. However, Camila Cabello did not attend this reunion. But she did share love on social media for the other four girls.
Furthermore, on the 6th September in Inglewood, Australian boy band 5 Seconds of Summer came out to perform one of their hit songs She Looks So Perfect. This performance felt so nostalgic for some fans, with some explaining that their favourite two bands have merged. Following this performance, the Australians ended up opening two shows for the brothers – Newmark, New Jersey, and Belmont Park, New York.

During the Jonas Brothers’ show on the 18th September, hip hop musician Machine Gun Kelly performed one of his latest singles cliche. Colson then also performed with the brothers on their hit song Sucker. After the popularity of this performance in Vancouver, MGK then released cliche – Jonas Brothers remix on the 25th of November.
Twilight fans were in luck during the band’s show in Anaheim. The Jonas Brothers invited Christina Perri to perform her hit song A Thousand Years at the Honda Center. And iconically, she wore a jacket that said “Team Edward” on the back.
On the subject of soundtracks, the trio also brought out Natasha Bedingfield for their show on the 8th of October in St. Louis. They all performed her hit song from 2004 called Unwritten. This song gained more popularity after 2023 when the track was featured in the film Anyone But You.
On the 14th of October at the Bridgestone Arena in Nashville, the trio invited country singer and songwriter Maren Morris. She performed arguably her most popular song The Middle. This performance felt so nostalgic and transported fans back to 2018.
Julia Michaels was the next surprise guest. On the 18th of October in San Antonio, Michaels was invited to perform her song Issues. In addition, she and Nick Jonas did a duet of one of his hit songs Close. This was a significant moment for this iconic duo as Julia was one of the co-writers for the track.
Joe Jonas showed off his iconic contacts list once again when he invited Khalid at the end of the month. They performed one of the R&B artists’ most popular songs, called Young, Dumb and Broke at the Kia Center in Orlando. This crossover was not expected; however, it was one of the most incredible performances. It also made fans want more R&B-type music from the Jonas Brothers.
This special guest, in particular, is most likely my personal favourite. On the 4th of November in Tennessee, Joe Jonas invited one of his close friends, Alex Warren, to perform a couple of his well-known songs. To start off with, the quad performed one of Warren’s recent singles Ordinary before doing a duet with Joe on their song Burning Down.
Most recently, the Jonas Brothers brought out Del Water Gap in Baltimore. On the 20th of December, the indie pop artist came out to perform his song How to Live. This song is part of his most recent album Chasing The Chimera.
Now, there has been more than just iconic special guests during this entire tour. The Jonas Brothers have had multiple side projects up their sleeves whilst they have been touring all over the United States. So let’s break down all the additional side quests they’ve been up to.
The Side Quests
To start with, fans were blessed with a Disney+ exclusive movie called A Very Jonas Christmas on the 14th November. Alongside this comedic film, the brothers released a soundtrack with some of the most incredible tracks to play, no matter the season. You can watch the trailer here:
6 days later, Kevin Jonas released his debut single Changing. This is the first time in the whole 20 years of his career that he has been brave enough to show off his full potential to the world. And we could not be any prouder of him! Let’s hope that we get to hear more solo Kevin in 2026. You can stream his debut single here:
Furthermore, Nick Jonas hosted an intimate event for fans to attend. He called it the Sunday Best Brunch, where the first event was hosted at Nellie’s in Las Vegas. A perfect touch for such a special event. The main reason for this performance was to announce his next studio album called Sunday Brunch (out 6th February). Jonas also performed the tracks from this album exclusively to people at this show. Due to the success of his Las Vegas brunch, Nick also hosted another Sunday Best Brunch in Toronto, Canada on the 14th December. You can pre-save the album here!
During this tour, Disney+ has also released the teaser video for Camp Rock 3 at the beginning of December. This is a big deal as Connect 3 reunites alongside a brand new generation of campers. However, it is still unclear as to whether Demi Lovato revamps her character, Mitchie Torres, within the film. You can watch the teaser here:
Nick also confirmed that one of the songs from Sunday Best, called Gut Punch, will be released on New Year’s Day. Jonas explained that this heartfelt track is based around the idea of trying to stop being too harsh on yourself.
Although this tour is set to conclude on the 31st of December, there is no doubt that the Jonas Brothers are creating more exciting projects for the future. With the 3 brothers teasing international dates for 2026, there is no doubt that the energy from this tour will be carried on into 2026.
Hopefully, we will see more side projects from the brothers as we approach the new year. Joe Jonas has already teased that there is new DNCE music in the mix. This will be the first music release for the band since 2022.
