This is an incredibly clever marketing approach following the influx of online orders due to the pandemic, allowing KFC to keep maintain their popularity over the festive season.
In order to qualify for the free pots of gravy, customers can download the KFC mobile app and ‘add a free Regular Gravy’ with each of their orders. It really is that simple and with deadline and exam season looming, it seems like KFC are very aware of their popularity amongst students, using this free addition to offer the perfect accessory to a study snack.
To add further excitement, KFC have recently launched their first item on their festive-themed menu which just so happens to place their memorable gravy as its centre-piece with the ‘The Gravy Box Burger Meal’.
The burger is part of a meal which costs £6.99, with a side and a drink included. To add to your festive-themed menu, KFC have added the new Viennetta Krushem which is a nod to the beloved Viennetta ice cream dessert and is in stock for a limited time until 3rd January 2021.
