Racing, either you’re really into it or you’re not. Engines, horsepower, shocks, cams…the list goes on. All of these and more make for a faster car, which should hopefully win the race. But that is not the only thing, the driver is also key. The driver has to know how to drive and handle a powerful vehicle. On a straightaway track, it’s more about just speed and outracing the other car but these two cars in this case are top-quality rides.
A 2021 Audi RS6 Avant vs. a 1967 Chevrolet Camaro, two very different cars but both have a lot of power. The Audi has 800 horsepower and the Camaro has 950 horsepower. The Camaro has an LS7 engine with a paddle shift that literally is keeping the car from taking off like an airplane. The Audi has a modified factory engine to make it go faster and maybe be able to compete with the Camaro. So, who do you think will win?
And The Winner Is…?
Well, that was certainly not my pick, being a Chevrolet girl myself. And outside of some of the kind of too corny parts, these guys did give a pretty good inside look at the cars and explain all of the features and what makes each car worthy of this race. Regardless, the race was worth watching, even though I don’t like the outcome.
