In the Pacific, tsunami threats are rising due to the massive eruption of the Tonga volcano that erupted underneath the water. A lot of the water supplies in the nearby areas are contaminated, and the eruption was so massive that citizens and scientists alike are all clambering to try and figure out why it was so large and what it could mean for future eruptions.
A cameraman was fortunately at the scene to capture on video the shockwaves of the eruption and the footage is breath-taking and ear-shattering. The shockwave is heard at around 1:50.
