Last week in Salt Lake City, Utah a man was sprayed in the face with a fire extinguisher for smoking a cigarette. What better way to start off the morning than a face full of chemicals and carbon dioxide.
Jon Bird, the one with the face full of foam, was supposedly in the area setting up an arts festival. He was under the impression it was okay to smoke there whereas Alex Jamison thought different. Apparently it is illegal to smoke within 25 feet of business doors and Jamison took that to heart.
Walking into an unwanted cloud of cigarette smoke isn’t anyones favorite, but spraying them in the face is certainly one way to handle it.
Bird later posted on Facebook,
“Keep an eye out for this guy at the Gallivan Center. Need to get his info. Assaulted me and ran from the scene before the cops showed up. Anyone know any attorneys that can help? Never thought this would happen.”
He has now hired an attorney and will be filling an assault charge on Jamison. Is there a lesson to be learned here or is it simply hilarious? Up to you.
