Actress Maisie Williams recently went on The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon to talk about the upcoming release of season 8 of the popular tv show, Game of Thrones.
Season 7 ended nearly two years ago on August 27, 2017 and fans are anxiously waiting the arrival of Season 8 on April 14th to figure out just what is going to happen next. Fallon was asking Maisie if there was possibly anything she could tell the fans to get them ready for what is to come in nearly two weeks. Maisie began talking about what is was like filming the season and accidentally dropped a major bomb that takes place only in the second episode.
If you’re like me and haven’t seen much of the hit TV show, but are slowly making your way through, it is nearly impossible to get on the internet without other fans spoiling what happens in earlier or even the most recent seasons. Rarely do we get spoilers from the actors, but Williams sure let a huge secret slip about her particular character, Arya Stark. Fallon and the audience were in complete shock and Williams left her seat to go backstage looking like a total mess from what she just announced.
APRIL FOOLS?!?! Every year we dread this “holiday” because we never quite know what someone might try to pull on us. It isn’t everyday that you have an actress try to get under their fans’ skin. So the so-called “spoiler” might not even be real. But how can we be so sure? Guess I’ll have to catch up a little faster and others will find out in a just a few short weeks.
