The days of going to the gym to do actual exercise are over. Now you can just go for a nap-ercise instead.

David Lloyd is the man behind the naps. His class is designed to invigorate the mind and body, and burn calories in the process. If you turn up to a session you’ll basically do a bit of stretching, sleep a bit, stretch a bit more, and leave.

So, to put it bluntly, this man is making money from sleep.
