Yoga Master’s Secret to Healthy Life: Urine

Got a cold? Apparently this will help!

Sam Cohen, a yoga expert claims that by drinking his own urine through his nose everyday, he stays healthy. In fact, he hasn’t had a cold in 20 years.

The 41 year old says his secret has helped keep him away from sickness, and even has apparently boosted his sex life. What a weird connection. Cohen claims that by drinking through your nose, it is impossible to get a cold. He keeps a cup with him wherever his goes to make sure that he can keep his urine to use at that time or later.

He says, “You feel like Superman – you’re going to go into a phone booth and do something nobody knows and it’s a secret.” I mean if comparing yourself to Superman makes you do something, can we call him crazy? Possibly yes, but whatever helps him sleep at night.

“Before I was often drained and drowsy. I was 22 and once I started to drink urine I started to get younger again.”

“The urine is just like an overall boost. It will make you feel younger and make you have more hardness. It does actually make you last longer.”

Do you think he has discovered a new “medicine” to keep us healthy and extend our lives? I don’t know about you, but I will NOT be trying this. I will stick with my ginger ale, chicken noodle soup, and favorite movies to get through my sickness.
