You’ll Soon Be Able to Travel From Wigan To North Korea

Introducing… the Wigan-Pyongyang Express!

Twitter/@LupineTravel

So this has got to be a joke, right?

In fact no, it’s not . Next year Lupine Express is planning the launch of the first ever England to North Korea train service.

The train will pass through London, Paris, Berlin, Warsaw, Moscow and Beijing on its way to Pyongyang, but it remains to be revealed whether or not passengers will be able to spend a couple of nights at each location. If not, then you’re going to be locked in a swiftly-moving metal box for the best part of a month.

The other main setback is going to be the cost. The journey will leave you £3,195 out of pocket, not including the journey back or the visas required to pass through all of those countries.

Well, I say the ‘other’ main setback. I think we all know that the biggest downside to this journey is that you’re going to friggin North Korea!
