Pub In Manchester Offering 40 Inch Pizza Challenge!

Wow.

This has to be the most ridiculous, and amazing, eating challenge I have heard of. It would be interesting, to say the least, to see at least one person attempt this.

Offering this whopper is Mwah Pizza at The Carters Arms, Wimslow, near Manchester. The pizza is a margherita with choice of two toppings to go with it, but you might not want to take this if you’re hoping to finish the dish. You and a friend get 30 minutes to attempt the challenge and if you finish it then you get £50 you paid for the pizza back. Of course you also get your name on the hall of fame.

On the other hand, you also have the option of buying the pizza outright for £70. Although, if you think you’re capable then have a look at this video:

This is what a guy who took to the challenge had to say:

It is a brutal challenge.

After 15 minutes into it I was fuller than I’ve ever been!

After completing the City to Summit 20 hour endurance event in Scotland, the last 15 minutes of the pizza challenge felt much worse than that.

It would be interesting to see how many people really completed the challenge, or have come close.
