Lidl releases a pizza topped with pigs in a blanket.

If you thought pineapple on pizza was weird, get a load of this. Lidl, a German grocery store chain, released a line of new pizzas topped with pigs in a blanket.

Out of all the things that could be put on pizza, I would have never thought of this. Lidl released a new line of pizzas which is topped with pigs in a blanket, tomato sauce, cheese, cranberry sauce, and red onions.

What??

Fun fact: I’m a German major. I know about their culture, which means I know they have an odd taste in pizza toppings. Germany’s most popular topping is corn. I should’ve known they’d come up with something this weird.

Here’s what you have to do to taste this pizza: Go to the UK and visit the nearest Lidl. Apparently, it’s only £3.29.

You better hurry! It was released Dec. 5 and is likely to sell out soon (for whatever reason.)

If you have pizza article fever, here is how to make your pizza festive!
