Artist Puts Al Green’s Face On Walgreens Sign

Take a look at this!

Look out, Al Green may be making an appearance at your local pharmacy.

Known for 70s hits like “Let’s Stay Together” and “Love and Happiness,” the soul singer’s face was pasted to a Walgreens sign in Pennsylvania. Known for his street art in West Chester, Pennsylvania, Cassius King is the one who came up with the idea.

When Green saw the image, he couldn’t get enough of it.

It looks like Al is taking over quite a few Walgreens venues for someone saw another Walgreens using the play on words.

This one was my personal favorite.

The idea is definitely clever and quite hilarious. Especially during a time where everyday life seems to be turned upside down, it’s good to find humor in the little things.
