The Witcher: Blood Origin is mostly an open-and-closed tale that functions like a film, so there is no need for season 2 but is it possible?

At the time of writing, Netflix has not renewed or canceled The Witcher: Blood Origin.

Will Season 2 of The Witcher: Blood Origin come?

I think it’s unlikely that Netflix will renew The Witcher: Blood Origin for Season 2 because it is being billed as a limited event series. Even if Blood Origin gets excellent ratings, Netflix is more likely to order additional spinoffs for The Witcher: Blood Origin only.

The next thing Witcher fans have to look forward for season 3 which will be released in the summer of 2023. The Witcher was already renewed for a fourth season.
