Something that will never change: Netflix is always going to be the leader in making the shows that we get hooked on. True crime, comedy, dramas; no matter the genre, we can’t get enough. And with summer quickly approaching, there have to be many news shows and movies that are coming soon. The Lincoln Lawyer is not even on there a month and has already risen to the Top 10 list on Netflix.
Based on a series of books by Michael Connelly, The Lincoln Lawyer focuses on the lead character Mickey Haller, who is nicknamed The Lincoln Lawyer because he conducts his business out of his Lincoln car, and the cases he is assigned. Haller faces some challenges and could be possibly murdered over the case he is trying in the series. It’s not all serious though, like many dramas, there are some funny lines and moments throughout, keep it a little lighter at times.

Legal dramas never disappoint. There’s intensity, funny moments, and puzzle pieces you have to try to piece together just like the main character(s), maybe figuring it out even before they do. And in this case, the show has been modernized somewhat to add in current technology to make the show more current than when the books originally took place. Well, what are you waiting for?
